What we set up

We start from how a job moves from the first call to the final invoice, not from the module list.

Work orders and dispatch

Service work orders with scheduling and technician assignment, using NetSuite Field Service Management or a connected dispatch tool.

Parts and van stock

Inventory by truck and warehouse, parts consumed on the work order and replenishment that keeps technicians stocked.

Job costing and billing

Labor, parts and travel costed to each job and billed as time and materials, flat rate or under a service contract.

Service contracts and warranties

Maintenance agreements, warranty coverage and recurring billing, so covered work is not billed twice and uncovered work is not missed.

Customer assets and history

Equipment installed at each site with its service history, so technicians know what they are walking into.

Dispatch, mobile and payroll systems

Integrations with ServiceTitan and other field tools, mobile apps and payroll using Celigo, Boomi or Jitterbit.

How we deliver

Five phases, the same on every project, so you always know where things stand.

01

Kickstart

Planning

Goals, scope, timeline and who does what. We agree on what done looks like before anyone touches the system.

02

Blueprint

Design

How your processes will run in NetSuite: records, roles, workflows and the data that has to move.

03

Tailor

Build

Configuration, customization and integrations, built to the Blueprint and reviewed with your team as we go.

04

Validate

Testing

Your team runs real scenarios in a sandbox. We fix what does not fit before anything goes live.

05

Launch

Training and go-live

Role-based training, cutover and hands-on support through the first weeks.

Field service companies often go live on finance, work orders and billing first, then add van stock and mobile integrations in the next stage.

Why field service companies call us

Field service runs on volume: hundreds of jobs a week, each with parts, labor and a customer waiting for an invoice. When the field tool and the accounting system do not agree, billing lags and parts go missing.

We have set up NetSuite for service and installation companies, and the same consultants stay on after go-live.

Common questions

Does NetSuite have field service scheduling?

Yes. NetSuite Field Service Management handles scheduling, dispatch and mobile work orders. Where you already use a field tool, we connect it instead.

Can we track parts on each truck?

Yes. Each truck is a location with its own stock, parts are consumed on the work order and replenishment runs from the warehouse.

Our technicians use a mobile app already. Can it stay?

Usually, yes. We connect the app to NetSuite so completed work orders, parts and time flow into billing and the GL.
