What we set up

We start from how you contract, deliver and bill managed services, not from the module list.

Recurring agreements

Managed service contracts with seat counts, price changes, true-ups and renewals, run through SuiteBilling.

Usage and project billing

Per-seat and usage charges alongside project and time and materials billing, on one invoice when the client wants it.

Tickets and time

Time from tickets and projects flowing into billing and job costing, so engineer hours land on the client and the agreement they belong to.

Margin by client and agreement

Revenue, labor cost and vendor costs by client, so you can see which agreements make money and which need a price change.

Hardware and licenses

Vendor licenses, hardware resale and procurement tracked against the client, with cost of goods matched to the invoice.

PSA, RMM and distributor connections

Integrations with ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, your RMM and distributors such as Pax8 using Celigo, Boomi or Jitterbit.

How we deliver

Five phases, the same on every project, so you always know where things stand.

01

Kickstart

Planning

Goals, scope, timeline and who does what. We agree on what done looks like before anyone touches the system.

02

Blueprint

Design

How your processes will run in NetSuite: records, roles, workflows and the data that has to move.

03

Tailor

Build

Configuration, customization and integrations, built to the Blueprint and reviewed with your team as we go.

04

Validate

Testing

Your team runs real scenarios in a sandbox. We fix what does not fit before anything goes live.

05

Launch

Training and go-live

Role-based training, cutover and hands-on support through the first weeks.

MSPs often go live on finance, agreements and billing first, then add PSA integration and margin reporting in the next stage.

Why MSPs call us

MSPs grow by adding agreements and seats, and billing is where that growth breaks. Seat counts live in the PSA, prices live in a spreadsheet and the invoice run turns into a week of reconciliation.

We have set up NetSuite for managed service providers and other recurring-revenue companies, and the same consultants stay on after go-live.

Common questions

Can NetSuite bill per seat and handle mid-month changes?

Yes. SuiteBilling handles seat counts, prorations, true-ups and price changes, and we connect it to the PSA so seat counts do not have to be retyped.

Do we keep our PSA?

Usually, yes. ConnectWise, Autotask and HaloPSA stay as the service desk and NetSuite becomes the system of record for billing and finance.

Can we see margin by client?

Yes. Labor from tickets and projects plus vendor and license costs post to the client, so margin by client and agreement comes straight from NetSuite.
