Common questions
Do we need SuiteProjects Pro, or is standard NetSuite project management enough?
It depends on how you staff and bill. Many firms do well on standard projects with time and billing; firms that live on resource planning and utilization usually need SuiteProjects Pro. We will tell you which before you buy anything.
Can NetSuite handle retainers and trust or escrow balances?
Yes. Retainers are billed and drawn down against the engagement, and client funds held in trust are tracked separately from firm revenue.
Our billing is already in NetSuite but still takes a week. Can you fix it?
Yes. Most of our services work is repairing setups where contracts, time and invoices were never connected properly.
